Bodhi Tree Yoga offers small, supportive yoga classes with expert instruction for students of all levels of experience and ability. Our goal is to help each student nourish their body, mind & heart through the rich practice of yoga. You’ll find a warm & friendly environment here, with a good dose of laughter and playfulness thrown in!
Our method and style of teaching is inspired by Anusara Yoga’s therapeutic alignment techniques and its heartful, life-affirming philosophy. Each class will include some meditation, breathwork, active poses to build strength and flexibility, and resting poses to relax and unwind. We offer ongoing classes on a seasonal session basis, and you are most welcome to drop in or join a class at any time. We hope to see you very soon!
