I have been studying and practicing yoga since 1995, as a teenager. I realized a few years ago that I wanted to share my practice and what I had learned from it with others. I am also a 3rd level Reiki Practitioner, which I offer at the studio. Being a Tibetan Buddhist and Meditation Practitioner as well has brought a wonderful, spiritual aspect to my practice that I didn`t get as a teen. I incorporate what I learn into my classes in a nondogmatic way.
