In 2010 we moved our hatha yoga classes to Westminster, MD to prepare for NEW Specialty Workshops beginning in February. Workshops will be open to the public. For current teachers, the workshops will cover CEU’s required by Yoga Alliance. We have also expanded our corporate yoga program—contact us about bringing yoga or meditation to your workplace! We are also available for private Ayurveda consultations and Yoga Therapy sessions.
For those who wish to teach, yama offers both 200 & 500 hour Yoga Alliance accredited therapeutic yoga teacher training. We are currently offering Meditation Facilitator training, and Ayurvedic Wellness Coach training.
