Some people think certain kinds of yoga are spiritual and others are not. All yoga is spiritual if you want it to be. There also seems to be some objection to people ego``s. I have never been to a class where there wasn``t an ego. Egos love to come to yoga class. Like a dog, they should be trained to wait in the corner, but really they are harmless. Sophie
