Yoga for People who think they can``t do yoga. Bellyfire’s philosophy is that a student’s level of practice is measured not by ``achievement`` of certain poses, but by her or his comfort, ease of breath, and self-awareness in poses. Every teacher has a different interpretation of the practice, and a different way of communicating with students. Some classes are more vigorous, matching each breath with a movement; Some are gentle, emphasizing breath and your inner experience. We are most happy to help you decide which weekly class or series will meet your needs, and help you practice your yoga. If you have special needs such as injuries or ongoing medical conditions, want to practice with a group of friends exclusively, or just feel shy about coming to a class, private and semi-private classes are a great way to ``get your feet wet``.
