The Afterglow Yoga Teacher Training focuses on providing a broad view of the many possibilities available to the contemporary yoga instructor, while highlighting its historically rich origins. The program includes dynamic multimedia presentations, lively group discussions, asana intensives, yoga-related field trips, ayurvedic lifestyle applications, meditation, and much more. We have many years of experience in yoga and the healing arts, and have graduated a number of highly qualified students from our previous years programs.
