A beautiful, tranquil, non-intimidating space for small classes, taught by certified, experienced instructors. Students benefit from one on one attention and unique wellness learning experience. Clinical setting allows for safe practice. Perfect for new beginners! Tuesdays: 7:15pm-8:15pm (beg/all levels) by Meghan, Thursdays: 12:30pm-1:30pm (Level 1-2) by Melissa (more classes coming soon!) Per class: $16. Card of ten: $130 (expires in 4 months). First class: $8. Reservations recommended as space is limited.
