Judi is passionate about yoga, she started attending yoga classes in her late teens and five years later, she qualified to teach and has now been practising yoga for 30 years. She has studied at length, directly at the lyengar Yoga Institute in Pune, India with BKS lyengar and Geeta lyengar. She runs teacher training courses in Liverpool and is also a national assessor for teacher training with the lyengar Yoga Association (UK).
