I teach yoga wich can be brought under integral, general and hatha yoga terms, but actually I would say I teach simply YOGA - my classes are for people who will not see yoga only as asana or body excercise. Alltough yoga is novadays mostly for people to "feel better" and to relax. I like to teach asanas precisely and until I don´t see the students have mastered the main asanas, only after they reached certain state of body and mental stability I like to start with other aspects of yoga like kundalini, pranayama, meditation etc. Certain stability is also a sign of body and mental detoxification. In general, I have an individual approach to students. My teachings are based on the teachings of Sivananda, Vivekananda, Satyananda (Bihar School of Yoga), Paramahamsa Nithyananda,
Anandamurti but I can find inspiration in every other yoga teacher, person and students.......
