Comments : Our focus is a Certified Yoga Teacher training which integrates the nine classic forms of yoga (not styles) into a comprehensive system. In-depth study of the chakras is par for the course, leading to a deep understanding of "mind over matter". The three month course starts from the basics of Hatha yoga and pranayama breathing, to mantra and concentration, developing into higher states of meditation.
