Yaha yoga academy is a beautiful sacred space where we hold classes to suit everyone! At yaha we believe that yoga is a way of life. We have expert healing therapists on premises to provide yoga compatable therapies. We hold regular courses in healing methods such as Thai Yoga Massage, Aroma Therapy, Crystal Healing ,Spiritual Art , Sacred Sound, Cranio-sacral , Pranayama etc.
We specialize in Sacred Sound or Nada Yoga. We use sound such as crystal Singing & Tibetean bowls, Sacred Singing Gongs. Didgeridoo. Bells,Drums, Mantra Chant and Toning in our classes and specifically within our Sacred Sound Circles. Yoga workshops are held regularly and our teachers are experienced warm, loving, and compassionate. We teach an eclectic style of yoga. Kali has developed Body-soft yoga/ and healing Massage which is held over a 3 hour class Monthly. This is a very gentle yoga with a deep emotional release. It is a very sacred experience.
