I specialize in private instruction tailored to unique individuals. I`m happy to help design a yoga practice that meets you where you are and helps you to move to where you aspire to be. I have 13 years teaching experience and extensive training. I love what I do! I see clients/students in my downtown office. I also teach regular workshops for students from beginners to yoga instructors. I also offer courses in therapeutic yoga for people with back problems.In addition to teaching yoga since 1995, I am also a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner and offer private and group instruction in Somatic Education.
