A yoga practitioner for 20 years and a teacher of yoga since 1996. I have studied world wisdom and non-dual teachings for over 35 years. These teachings are at the heart of my teaching style, which focuses on self awareness and discovery through body awareness and inquiry.
Clientele include women entering and in midlife (40+),
college and graduate students, couples and families.
I offer immersions for stress release and deep resting of the body-mind.
I trained in New York City and environs where I lived for 30 years.
As of 2006, I live in Ithaca, NY where I have a small studio and offer one-on-one instruction, semi-private and small groups classes formats. I offer retreats, workshops and stress release consultations on the Power of Rest and support cultivation of present moment awareness.
Natural meditation and breath awareness practice.
I also facilitate the Sedona Method and The Work.
