Comments : I began my training in yoga when I was 18 to aid my work as a dancer at the Royal ballet. How ever yoga began to become my priority when I found it began to have a profound effect on me. Im now 29 so have been practicing for over 10 years. My first training was in Ashtanga but I have since practiced other forms including Hatha, Dynamic,Iyenga, Jiva Mukti and Sivananda. I have just come back from 6 months in India having studied with many great teachers and different styles.
