Mr. Mukesh Kumar is a well-qualified and an experienced Yoga Professional from Indian origin. He started Yoga in 1997 as Yoga Instructor cum Yoga Therapist. Later he served for several Governmental and Non-Governmental organisations in India and abroad. Indian Council for Cultural Relations, the Ministry of External Affairs, Govt. of India assigned him several times as yoga representative in the Indian Embassies in various countries. He has participated in many National and International Conferences and Seminars and represented India. He has delivered several Lectures, Talks, Speeches, and conducted various yoga workshops, corporate classes, consultation and question answer sessions for the public and academic Institutions in India and abroad.
He is an expertise of Indian traditional Yoga which the only yoga where all the yoga forms and styles are initiated. His practical yoga sessions are based on numerous Yoga techniques like Yogic postures, Yogic breathing, Concentration, Meditation, Relaxation, Yoga sleep, Yoga laughing which also include Kriyas & Chakras. His Yoga sessions are very unique in practice and consist of ancient and modern yoga traditions. Some of TV Channels, Newspapers and fortnightlies have broadcasted and published his yoga programs, interviews and articles in India and abroad. Mr. Mukesh and his mission offer a wide range of yoga retreats to help man, women and children in developing countries. He has been successful to provide his Yoga services in some of countries like India, Egypt, South Korea, Bangladesh and Indonesia. He has imparted Yoga training and therapy to more than a million people of diverse sections of the society.
He believes that most of the diseases are directly or indirectly linked with the indisciplined life style and wrong food habits. Therefore, yoga comes here to restore the health through a drugless and holistic approach. He promotes yoga as a complete science of life and an ideal way of living which touches the life of man at each and every level. Physical, mental and spiritual aspects of yoga help to make one’s life purposeful, useful and noble by providing total health, peace, and wisdom.
