I am practicing yoga since last 15 years and during this period I have developed myself and others in the art of practicing different Asanas , Pranayams, Mudras, Shathkaran and Meditation. I have teached yoga to large number of peoples of different age group. I have taken the Yoga Classes in school and college of my village and neighboring villages where we teach yoga to students and teachers. I have also practiced yoga camp in different localities of city saharanpur and teaching yoga to peoples of different age group for both male and female. Peoples were highly benefited from this. Now we have also started permanent yoga center in the name of "Divya Yog Arogya Dham" we are practicing morning/ evening yoga classes and helping people in the art of meditation.
