                                                        I am writing to offer yoga and relaxation classes for kids , young and senior group people. I also offer yoga class for corporate, SME. I am Yoga and Meditation Teacher based at our South Ex Ashram  in Delhi.
I can offer a variety of practical techniques that help in relieving stress and I would be happy to come and discuss with you your special needs in order to create a programme suitable for your students or teachers. Here is an example of techniques you could choose from:
