                                                        I am Yoga teacher/ therapist providing services for past 7 years. I have been associated with training programme of various Institutions like  fitness training programme for a leading Squash Club in South Delhi & few corporates. My Yoga classes are generally conducted on 1to1 basis that are a mix of Hatha, Vinyasa & traditional styles/schools according to need with special focus on alignment and Pranayama(breathing). This mix is helpful in improving general fitness, aerobic conditioning, injury rehabilitation, combating common ailments & weight management etc. I had been able to help people with spinal challenges, arthritis, SI & other joint problems, injuries to live a better life.
