Melissa`s small classes (max. 10) gives her students the support and attention to help them master correctly the yoga postures.  She also work with a variety of props and supports to enable her students, no matter what level they are at to always feel grounded and secure.  Melissa has had extensive training in many styles of yoga and she brings these different styles into the practice. PRIVATE GROUP SESSION, WITH A MINIMUM OF 5 FRIENDS YOU CHOOSE YOUR TIME AND  DAY AND TOGETHER WITH MELISSA YOU CAN CREATE WHAT YOU WANT FROM YOUR YOGA PRACTICE.
